Welcome to Alive Wellness Centre, a tranquil and rejuvenating oasis nestled in the picturesque Peak District of Sheffield, New Zealand. At Alive Wellness Centre, our dedicated and passionate team is committed to providing our clients with the highest level of health, beauty, and relaxation services.

Led by Sarah and Amanda, our team of holistic practitioners and beauty therapists strive to create a welcoming and nurturing environment where clients can unwind, rejuvenate, and achieve a state of holistic wellness. With Sarah specialising in holistic therapies and Amanda focusing on beauty treatments, our comprehensive range of services caters to the diverse needs of our clients.

At Alive Wellness Centre, we understand the importance of adhering to busy schedules. Therefore, we offer flexible opening hours to accommodate our clients' needs. Our opening hours are as follows: on Mondays, we offer sports massages only from 2 pm to 8 pm by appointment. Tuesdays, we are open from 9 am to 7 pm, Wednesdays from 9 am to 5 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm.

Additionally, on Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays, we operate by appointment only between 10 am and 3 pm.

In addition to our regular services, we also hold special events and workshops to enhance our clients' well-being. Our women's wellness retreats offer a unique opportunity for women to come together in a supportive and empowering environment. We also offer essential oil classes where participants can learn about the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy and create personalised blends. Sound baths are another popular event at our centre, allowing clients to experience the healing effects of sound therapy.

Located in The Mill House Cottage, Calver, Hope Valley, our wellness centre is conveniently situated in a serene and idyllic setting, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. The natural surroundings of the Peak District enhance the calming atmosphere of our centre, allowing our clients to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

To ensure that our clients have access to the finest products and treatments, we offer a range of carefully curated options. Sarah's treatments include holistic therapies such as reflexology, reiki, and massage therapies, while Amanda specialises in beauty treatments such as facials, manicures, and waxing. Our team uses only premium-quality products and techniques to deliver exceptional results, leaving our clients feeling renewed and revitalised.
