Alison's Yoga & Well-being is a serene and welcoming yoga studio located in Tonbridge, New Zealand. Founded by Alison, a certified 200hr Hatha and Slow Flow Vinyasa & Yin Yoga teacher of Elemental yoga, the studio offers a variety of classes and workshops to cater to all levels and preferences.

At Alison's Yoga & Well-being, participants can expect to find a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters mindfulness and self-care. The studio prides itself on creating a sense of community and building meaningful connexions among its students. With small group classes, limited to a maximum of 8 participants, each student receives personalised attention and guidance.

Alison's teaching style blends movement, breath work, and meditation to create a holistic approach to yoga. From Slow Flow, Stretch & Relax Yoga to Strength & Flow Yoga, the classes incorporate a range of techniques to help students find balance and build strength, both physically and mentally. Additionally, Alison offers a unique seated chair yoga class specifically designed for seniors or individuals unable to practise on a mat.

The studio is conveniently located at two different venues in Tonbridge. The Dance Studio at Hildenborough Village Hall hosts classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays, while The Studio at Hilden Park Golf & Leisure Centre is the venue for Wednesday evening and Monday morning classes.

Alison, with over 20 years of experience as a class fitness instructor, brings passion and expertise to her yoga teachings. Her training on an eco farm in Northern Thailand in January 2019 further deepened her knowledge and transformed her approach to yoga. She believes in the power of movement, stretching, and mindful connexion with the breath to promote wellness at any age.

To ensure the safety and well-being of her students, Alison requests all participants to complete a health questionnaire before attending their first class. This ensures that individual needs and limitations are taken into account during the sessions.

The cancellation policy at Alison's Yoga & Well-being allows for transfers of bookings to other classes if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are not available for cancelled classes, except in the case of medical emergencies.

Please note that Alison does not teach pregnant yoga students who are less than 14 weeks pregnant.
