Our founder, Osheani, has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and is passionate about helping others improve their physical and mental well-being. She has a deep understanding of the mind-body connexion and has undergone extensive training in holistic counselling, trauma-informed yoga and coaching, and meditation therapy. Currently completing her diploma in Mental Health, she applies a trauma-informed person-centred approach in her sessions, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported.
