The studio is modern and has the highest quality equipment and props including sparkling water on tap, Lululemon Mats, blocks and straps.
We have individual barres for Pilates, that allow us to reconfigure the room for our other classes and in particular leave our walls free of obstruction for Yoga.
The timetable offers a wide variety of Yoga and Pilates classes to suit all skill levels - You can be assured, that irrespective of your ability or experience, you will feel welcome and supported at Align & Flow.
Align & Flows owner and teacher, Naomi, is a level 3 Yoga Australia Senior Teacher & has has completed over 1000 hours of study along with 13+ years of teaching & practice.
She also holds formal qualifications in Mat Pilates & Pilates Barre.
Having recently relocated to Bundaberg after a 2 year trip Around Australia, she decided it was time to put her career in Education behind her & start her own Yoga & Pilates Studio.
Align & Flow will bring authentic & meaningful Yoga along with Pilates Barre that is fun dynamic & powerful with some banging beats. The perfect Yin & Yang combo.
