In 2015, ALF Health: Fitness & Nutrition was founded by Amanda with the goal of supporting women towards self-acceptance and increased confidence through regular movement and balanced nutrition. Starting as a local bootcamp in Hatton Vale, ALF Health quickly expanded to become the only exclusive female fitness community in the Lockyer Valley, serving Gatton, Glenore Grove, Plainland, and Forest Hill.
In 2022, Amanda made the decision to return to where it all started and now offers a diverse timetable of female fitness gym sessions at her private studio in Kensington Grove. Additionally, ALF Health offers virtual training sessions, allowing women from anywhere in Australia to join.
The philosophy of Breathe. Move. Be was created in 2020. The first element, Breathe, encourages clients to slow down and enjoy the present moment.
With the demands of daily life, from work to household responsibilities, it's crucial to pause, reduce stress, improve productivity, and experience the overall ripple effect it has on all aspects of life.
