With over 8 years of experience in the fitness world and a background as a competitor, Alex knows the ins and outs of tackling fitness challenges. His mission is simple: to change how we see fitness and help us weave it into our daily routines.
Alex offers something for everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. He crafts custom diet plans that fit your lifestyle and goals. Whether you're all about home workouts or love hitting the gym, Alex has got you covered with home-based and gym-based programmes.
For those who enjoy personalised attention, Alex provides 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 sessions. You can book these as single sessions or in blocks of 5 or 10, with the latter offering a complimentary diet plan. There’s also the intense 6-week shred/1-2-1 challenge if you're up for a blend of solo and guided workouts.
If training with a mate sounds more your speed, Alex’s 2-2-1 sessions are perfect. These too can be booked as one-off sessions or in blocks, with the same bonuses as the 1-2-1 packages.
