Alexandra Kardas is a dedicated Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and Ayurvedic massage therapist based in North Vancouver. She is passionate about promoting holistic wellbeing and spiritual alignment through her personal practice, or Sadhana, and strives to be of service to others. Alexandra received her 200-hour Yoga teacher training certification from Karma Teachers in Vancouver in August 2021 and is proficient in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and meditation. She has experience working with groups, leading corporate classes, and providing private yoga sessions tailored to individual needs.
In addition to her expertise in yoga, Alexandra is a certified Usui Reiki Level II Holy Fire 3 practitioner, having obtained her certification in September 2022 in Vancouver. She has personally experienced the transformative power of Reiki in improving health and overall flow in life, and is excited to share this practice with her clients. Furthermore, Alexandra holds an Ayurveda bodyworks certification from the School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma in Kerala, India, which has deepened her passion for a healthy lifestyle and connection to natural elements.
