Welcome to Alexandra Evans – Yoga, Pilates, Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy, a holistic studio located in London, dedicated to promoting the well-being of individuals through various therapeutic practises. Led by the experienced and knowledgeable Alexandra Evans, this studio offers a combination of Eastern energy work and Western therapeutic practises to help clients find deep rest and release in their bodies.
With over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and treating patients around the world, Alexandra approaches each session holistically, aiming to release tension patterns that may have been troubling clients for years. Whether you are experiencing pain, stress, or simply seeking a deeper level of body therapy, Alexandra's expertise in Yoga, Pilates, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral Therapy can help you find relief and facilitate healing.
Alexandra's unique ability to observe and analyse each client's condition before every session allows her to personalise and adjust the classes accordingly, ensuring optimal results. Clients have praised her keen sense of observation and her ability to provide an excellent class experience.
In addition to hosting retreats globally, Alexandra's UK base is at Central London Osteopathy. Clients have the option to work with her in person or online, from the comfort of their own homes. Alexandra is trained in Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy for both adults and babies, making her versatile in addressing a wide range of client needs. She is also a mat Pilates teacher with expertise gained from completing over seven Yoga teacher trainings, with Anusara and Gitananda having influenced her the most.
These days, she specialises in movement that integrates the structure of Pilates and the deep freedom and flexibility of yoga.
Alexandra has inspired many of her students to pursue teaching themselves and is able to facilitate yoga for pregnant women as well as individuals with disabilities. She also holds workshops on antigravity exercises for fun. Yoga Nidra, a practise of deep relaxation, is one of her specialities, allowing clients to unwind and relax at the end of any class.
Currently, Alexandra is in the process of completing her Rehab Machine Training in Pilates, delving deeper into embodied movement and rehabilitation. She welcomes individuals interested in practising with her in the studio, offering sessions for only 10.
Beyond the physical practises, Alexandra also supports clients through the process of psychotherapy, working for @Neu Practise. By aiding physical release, she helps shift emotions and facilitate the therapeutic journey.

Through somatic enquiry, Alexandra works with your body to ease both structural and psychological pain. Additionally, Alexandra teaches breathing techniques that release stress and provide emotional relief, enabling you to use these techniques whenever and wherever needed.
