A Kind Life Yoga

A Kind Life Yoga, located in Ashmore on the Gold Coast, is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio that offers a range of classes for individuals of all body shapes and abilities. Founded in October 2021, this studio aims to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable practising yoga.

At A Kind Life Yoga, the signature class is Slow Flow Yoga. While group classes are currently on hold, subscribers will be the first to know when they resume. Slow Flow Yoga combines elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga into a one-hour session. Through gentle moving meditations, participants integrate yoga poses (Asanas) and breathwork (Pranayama) to promote relaxation, grounding, and revitalisation.

A Kind Life Yoga was established with the belief that yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of body size or flexibility. The studio aims to counter the potential intimidation or isolation individuals may feel when entering a yoga studio. Natalie, the founder of A Kind Life Yoga, emphasises meeting students where they are at and modifying poses to suit their unique bodies. With small classes comprising no more than three students, individuals receive personalised attention and guidance during their practise.

Private sessions are offered for those seeking individualised instruction, whether in-person or online. A Kind Life Yoga also provides Chair and Corporate yoga classes. Chair yoga offers a slow and gentle seated practise that can be modified to include standing elements, suitable for seniors and individuals with limited mobility. These classes can be hosted at offsite locations such as retirement villages, aged care centres, senior citizen centres, and golf clubs.
