With 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, sports performance, and exercise science, AJ has a wide range of expertise to offer his clients. His passion for fitness and his background in professional rugby has shaped his approach to personal training.
AJ's journey began during his professional rugby career, where he represented both England rugby union and the England Rugby league academy. He also played for top clubs such as London Wasps and Harlequins RL. During this time, AJ studied at St Mary's University and graduated with a Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning degree. He also worked as an academy and second team strength and conditioning coach for Harlequins RL.
While at university, AJ qualified as a personal trainer and started his own personal training business in Clapham Junction.
