Just a quick note from Anthony, the organiser at AIMS Pilates in Bath. He's got some great stuff lined up for you all and wanted to share a few things about what to expect.
AIMS Pilates is all about helping you move better, feel better, and live a pain-free life. They mix classical Pilates with some modern twists, following the latest guidelines and recommendations.
Anthony's put together a variety of programmes focusing on balance, control, and good alignment. Whether you’re a dancer, sportsperson, or just looking to boost your well-being, AIMS Pilates has something for you.
Mat Pilates is a great starting point and suits all skill levels. These classes are available in community spaces, at home, or even online.
