This traditional Japanese sword style has a remarkable history and was chosen by the last three Shogun of Japan as the number one style above all others.
Paul Sensei has over 40 years of martial arts experience, having lived and trained around the world. He spent 10 years in Japan, living, working, and studying Aikido and the sword. He believes that understanding an Eastern art like Aikido requires a different approach than that of Western thinking. While Western methodologies focus on strength against strength, the Japanese have developed natural organic power by utilising the whole body, encompassing mind, body, and spirit.
