If you've ever been curious about Aikido Tenchikan Dojo, now is the perfect opportunity to see what we're all about. You are more than welcome to drop by and watch one of our classes at any time. Whether you're a seasoned martial artist or just starting out, our doors are open to everyone.
To join our dojo, you can easily access the Association Membership document and Beginners Pack from our website. Alternatively, you can complete the registration paperwork when you visit us for the first time. We kindly remind you that it is mandatory to have British Aikido Board insurance in order to practice with us. Don't worry though, you can obtain the insurance by joining our club as a combined Membership & Insurance package.
When it comes to practice sessions, a keiko dogi (Judo suit) is required. You can find these at various martial arts stores in Bristol or simply purchase one online. The price starts from around £25, so it won't break the bank.
Membership and insurance fees amount to £40 annually. This covers your personal liability insurance through the British Aikido Board, as well as your membership to Kobayashi United Kingdom. Additionally, our practice fees vary depending on the number of sessions you attend per week. For those attending one practice a week, the monthly fee is £30. If you're eager to train more frequently and would like to attend two practices a week, the monthly fee is £50.
