The AIDA 3 Freediver Course provides a comprehensive understanding of Freediving theory, allowing you to delve into the physiology and techniques behind diving to greater depths. Not only will this course help you enhance your Freediving performance, but it will also advance your safety and rescue skills.
Spanning over a minimum of 3 days, this course encompasses theory sessions, pool sessions, and open water dives. You will gain valuable knowledge about training tables, free fall, additional freediving equipment, improved equalisation and additional depth safety considerations, and an in-depth exploration of the Mammalian diving reflex.
By the end of this course, you will have achieved remarkable milestones in your Freediving journey. You will be able to hold your breath for an impressive 2 minutes and 45 seconds, swim 55 meters underwater with fins, and dive to a depth of 24 meters in open water.
The cost of this exceptional course is £320, which covers all necessary equipment, course materials, certifications, and pool fees. Please note that any entrance fees to dive sites would be charged separately, if applicable.
