Founded by fitness coach Andy Graydon in 2014, AG Fitness began as a freelance personal training service primarily catering to female clients. Andy's passion for creating a more inclusive space led him to open his own gym. The first location in north Glasgow quickly gained popularity, leading to the opening of a second location in the southside of Glasgow.

Andy, along with a team of expert trainers, takes a hands-on approach to running the gyms. He coaches many of the group sessions and works with his own personal training clients. The trainers at AG Fitness, including Natalie Dott and Rosie Mair, bring their own unique experiences and expertise to the team. Natalie, with a background in dance, specialises in training for flexibility and core strength, while Rosie has experience working with diverse communities of all ability levels.

AG Fitness offers two convenient locations in Glasgow, one in the north on Garscube Rd and another in the south on West St. Their opening hours are from 07:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays.
