A Fine Balance Yoga Dunmow is a yoga studio in Dunmow, North Essex, founded by Hannah Noble. Hannah offers private yoga, meditation, and mobility sessions across Dunmow, Bishops Stortford, and surrounding villages. With a focus on individualised attention and tailored guidance, Hannah's private 121 sessions are perfect for beginners, those looking to develop their yoga practise, individuals overcoming injuries, or anyone in need of tools to improve posture, reduce stress, promote better sleep, and enhance breathing techniques.
Private 121 sessions with Hannah allow you to practise yoga at your own pace, receiving personalised instruction and support. These sessions are ideal for those who may struggle to attend scheduled classes, require accountability to stay committed to their practise, want to focus on specific postures or areas of the body, or require guidance for injuries or other specific needs. Each private session includes a bespoke sequence for you to practise at home, ensuring that you can continue your yoga journey beyond the studio.
The rate for private 121 sessions is 60 for adhoc sessions, with a discounted rate of 50 per session when booking a block of 5 sessions for 250. If you wish to bring additional people to your 121 session, it is an additional 10 per person. To book a private 121 session, you can email Hannah directly at Hannah. Noble@afinebalance.

In addition to private sessions, A Fine Balance Yoga Dunmow also offers group yoga classes at Dunmow Arts Centre. These Vinyasa Yoga classes, held on Tuesdays from 7pm to 8pm, are designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Mindfully linking movement to breath through creative yoga sequences, these dynamic classes provide a comprehensive workout for the body, followed by a well-deserved Savasana. All levels are welcome to join the group classes, although a reasonable level of fitness is recommended to fully benefit from the sessions.
To attend the group yoga classes, advanced online booking is required via the studio's timetable. Classes can be booked individually for 12 per session or in a package of 6 sessions for 65, with a 3-month expiry. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and wear comfortable attire. However, the studio does have a few spare yoga mats available for use.
A Fine Balance Yoga Dunmow operates a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes, and once booked, classes or blocks of sessions cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded. Participants must cancel their spot with at least 12 hours notice via their online account in advance to avoid any charges.
With its range of private and group sessions, A Fine Balance Yoga Dunmow aims to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals of all levels and backgrounds to discover the transformative power of yoga. Whether you are a beginner, experienced practitioner, or someone seeking healing and balance in your life, Hannah and A Fine Balance Yoga Dunmow are dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
