At Just Yoga, the aim is to provide a truly transformative experience through the wonderful art of yoga. The classes delve into yoga philosophy, exploring its relevance and application in the modern world. Students will get acquainted with Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga, which act as a guiding light on the path of yoga.
During these classes, you will be introduced to a variety of physical poses, or asanas. With a mindful approach, our qualified instructor will guide you through each pose, helping to build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. But Just Yoga doesn't stop there! We believe that breathwork, or pranayama, is just as important. Through specific breathing techniques, we aim to strengthen and oxygenate the body, allowing you to reap the full benefits of your practice.
We understand that a holistic yoga practice is not complete without taking care of the mind as well. That's why our classes also emphasise the importance of meditation and relaxation. At the end of each session, you will have the opportunity to engage in meditation and guided relaxation exercises, helping to create a sense of peace and harmony within.
If you have an older child between the ages of 12 and 18 who is interested in joining you for a class, they are more than welcome! Just make sure to bring them along with a parent or guardian.
