Followed to the tee, these classes adhere to the syllabus set out by the prestigious British Kung Fu Association, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding and expertise in traditional kung fu. Throughout the classes, participants are encouraged to push themselves to increase their speed, strength, and endurance through a dynamic warm-up session. Furthermore, students will also engage in stretching exercises aimed at improving flexibility.

In addition to traditional kung fu, our club also offers kickboxing classes. For those looking to take their skills to the next level, specific sparring classes are available. These classes provide participants with an opportunity to develop their techniques in a controlled and supportive environment. In fact, some of our dedicated and skilled students have even gone on to compete at national, European, and global levels as part of Team Bristol or the WAKO British Squad.
