At Adrenaline MMA & Fitness, we are proud to have Cris Brown as the Head Instructor and Founder of our club. Cris is a highly decorated Freestyle Wrestler, with a remarkable record of competing in 5 Olympic Games from 1980 to 1996. He is also a 2-time Commonwealth Champion, a 16-time Australian Senior Champion, and a Commonwealth Games Silver Medallist. Cris is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has achieved impressive results in submission grappling competitions.

With his expertise and experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to pass on to our students.
