Girls Recreational Gymnastics! BEGINNER INTERMEDIATE 1.

Girls beginner gymnastics is for ages 3 years and older. This program builds on the skills learned in the parent and tot and kindergym classes. It focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, self-confidence, and social skills. Gymnasts will start to learn more advanced gymnastics skills on all Olympic events in a fun and challenging environment.

Boys Recreational Gymnastics! LEVELS 1-4 1.

Boys beginner gymnastics is for ages 4 years and older. This program focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, and social skills. Gymnasts will start to learn more advanced skills on all Olympic events, including rings, parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, vault, and floor exercise.

Advanced girls gymnastics is offered for gymnasts who have completed our beginner program or have previous experience in gymnastics. This program focuses on more advanced gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, and social skills. Gymnasts will continue to develop their skills on all Olympic events in a challenging and motivating environment.

Advanced boys gymnastics is offered for gymnasts who have completed our beginner program or have previous experience in gymnastics. This program focuses on developing more advanced gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, and social skills. Gymnasts will continue to progress on all Olympic events under the guidance of experienced coaches.
