Adie Grey Personal Training (AGPT) is a renowned personal training service located in Great Yarmouth, run by Adie Grey, who has been involved in the personal training industry since 1990.
After working in various locations and eventually opening a premium 10,000 square foot centre that catered to over 1800 members, Adie realised that the personal touch was something the centre had outgrown. In 2020, he decided to open a 1-1 and small group training suite for the everyday person who wanted to become healthier.
At AGPT, all training routines are personalised to fit each client's individual needs, lifestyle, and goals. Adie believes in a customised approach and does not believe in a one-size-fits-all mentality. This is what sets AGPT apart from regular gyms.
AGPT offers a wide range of training options to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
1. Muscle Growth and Endurance: This session incorporates battle ropes, slam balls, and body-weight exercises to help clients build muscle, improve endurance, and boost metabolism.
2. Strength Training: Free weights are combined with squats, lunges, and high-intensity interval exercises to help clients build strength based on their own body type.
3. Cross-Training: In this high-impact session, clients engage in intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.
4. Lean Muscle Building: This session utilises machines, free weights, and body weight exercises to help clients build leaner muscles.
5. Body Changing Routines: These routines incorporate all types of machines and free-weight exercises to shake up and sculpt all body types.
AGPT also offers additional services such as health assessments, basic and customised diet plans, and block booking discounts.
AGPT's training facilities are equipped with a wide range of equipment, including battle ropes, barbells (5 kg – 50 kg), dumbbells (3 kg – 25 kg), slam balls, a full range of gym equipment, and more. They also offer body weight circuits, boxing training, high-intensity training (H. I. T), and high-intensity interval training.
Custom programmes and diet plans are available to suit individual needs.
