Matches for women, junior girls, and junior boys are typically played on Sundays, with kick-off times varying between 8:30 am and 3 pm. Home matches have a regular set kick-off time. Occasionally, matches may be played on weeknights under lights to accommodate extra rounds or catch-up games. The Women's National premier League matches are played on Friday nights at either Adelaide Shores or The Parks.
Men's teams, on the other hand, play on Saturdays, with the A team match kicking off at 3 pm, preceded by the reserves at 1 pm. Some C grade teams have earlier kick-off times at 11 am or 11:30 am. State League men's kick-off times vary depending on the location, but home matches typically start at 10:30 am, 12:45 pm, and 3 pm.
Training sessions for most teams take place weeknights from around 6 pm, twice a week. Women usually train on Mondays and Wednesdays, while men and junior boys train on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, Grads Red, one of the teams, has training sessions only on Wednesdays. Specific training information can be provided for each team.
