Active Mind Body is the fastest growing Yoga and Pilates studio in our home of the Sutherland Shire, and it’s all because we do things differently.
We started our journey three years ago in Cronulla, we grew our family and now our new home is in Caringbah. Our new studios are bright, full of light and warmth. Our mission is to create long-term, healthy and positive changes to your mind and body. Our experienced instructors are the best there is in the Sutherland Shire, and we have a fantastic team of natural therapists onsite as well.
