At Action Theatre Academy, we believe in promoting a sense of unity and professionalism among our students. Therefore, we have a uniform policy in place. All students are required to wear the official Action Theatre Academy uniform during classes and performances.
The uniform consists of comfortable, form-fitting black leggings or shorts, a branded t-shirt or singlet, and appropriate footwear for dance classes. This uniform helps create a cohesive and professional look for our performances and instils a sense of pride in our students.
Uniforms can be purchased through our website or directly from the academy. We offer a range of sizes to accommodate all students.
We understand that choosing the right stage school for your child is an important decision. That's why we offer free trials to give children and their parents the opportunity to experience our classes first-hand.
During the free trial, your child will join the regular class and participate in the activities and exercises. This allows them to get a sense of the teaching style, interact with the other students, and see if it's a good fit for them.
To book your free trial, please email us at actiontheatreclub@gmail. Com for the Bookham, Fetcham, and Effingham branches, or at atcnewmalden@gmail. Com for the New Malden branch. We will provide you with further details and available dates.
Our classes run in line with the school terms, with breaks during the school holidays. Term dates for each branch are listed on our website, so you can plan accordingly.
We believe in providing continuity and consistency in our classes, allowing students to progress and build upon their skills throughout the year. Therefore, we recommend enrolling for the full term to ensure maximum benefit for your child.
Please refer to our website or contact us directly for the specific term dates for each branch.
In addition to our weekly classes, we offer holiday workshops during the school breaks. These workshops provide a great opportunity for children to further develop their skills, try new techniques, and have fun in a more intensive setting.
Our holiday workshops cover a range of topics, including acting, singing, dancing, and musical theatre. They are open to both current students and new participants, giving everyone a chance to experience the excitement of a theatre workshop.
Workshop dates, themes, and fees are listed on our website and can be booked online. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your child's place.
