Alfie's journey to becoming a massage therapist began with a tragic loss – the passing of his son to a condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Nurses who had witnessed Alfie's natural talent for massage therapy urged him to pursue it further. With their encouragement, he enrolled in a Sports Therapy course in 1998. Unfortunately, he had to temporarily drop out due to the loss of his daughter to the same condition.
However, Alfie's determination and love for this beautiful trade kept him driven, and he resumed his studies when the time was right.
Over the years, Alfie has had the privilege of treating a wide range of clients and participating in various events. He has worked with athletes in sports such as rugby, athletics, OCR, crossfit, powerlifting, triathlon, and various running events. He has also dedicated his time to charitable causes, supporting foundations such as Above & Beyond Cancer Foundation, SMA Support UK, and Children with Cancer UK.
