Darren, the owner, is a strongman and co-owner of Giants Live, showing his vast expertise in the fitness world. Jenna, the co-owner and beauty therapist, brings over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Together, they ensure that everyone gets exceptional service.

Josh, a bodybuilding fanatic working towards his first competition, and Lou, a qualified personal trainer, spin, and yoga instructor, are key team members. Lou also coaches nutrition and loves powerlifting and CrossFit. Paul, a fully qualified personal trainer and dedicated athlete, is on hand to help, and Bailey, the friendly mascot, is always ready for pets and cuddles in the reception area 🐾.

Absolute Fitness Gym offers a variety of fitness classes suitable for everyone, from strongman training to spin classes, operating six days a week from early morning until late evening. Check Google for special opening hours.

Membership options include single and joint direct debit contracts, as well as full-year or shorter-term memberships. Whether you want a one-week trial or a full-year commitment, there's an option for you.

Classes like spin, circuits, and jiu-jitsu add fun and engagement to your fitness journey. Members get discounted rates, and non-members can also join in.
