We recommend doing this at least 10 days before the next scheduled payment. What happens if there are bank holidays or closures during the month? If there are bank holidays or closures during the month, your lessons will be rescheduled accordingly. We will communicate any changes to you in advance and ensure that you receive the full number of lessons for which you have paid.
Can I change my class or venue? We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to change your class or venue. Please contact your local Water Babies office to discuss your options and make the necessary arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
