Please note that cancellation must be done at least 10 days before the next scheduled payment. Can I get a refund if I cancel my Monthly Payments?
Refunds for cancelled Monthly Payments are subject to our refund policy. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. What happens if my payment fails? If your payment fails, we will notify you and provide you with instructions on how to update your payment details.
It is important to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date to avoid any disruptions to your lessons. Can I change the date of my Monthly Payment? Unfortunately, we are unable to change the date of your Monthly Payment. Payments are scheduled for the 1st of each month to ensure a consistent and streamlined billing process.
We appreciate your understanding. Can I take a break from lessons and pause my Monthly Payments? Yes, you can take a break from lessons and pause your Monthly Payments. Please contact your local Water Babies office to discuss your options and arrange for the pause in payments.
We recommend doing this at least 10 days before the next scheduled payment. What happens if there are bank holidays or closures during the month? If there are bank holidays or closures during the month, your lessons will be rescheduled accordingly. We will communicate any changes to you in advance and ensure that you receive the full number of lessons for which you have paid.
Can I change my class or venue? We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to change your class or venue. Please contact your local Water Babies office to discuss your options and make the necessary arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
