Founder Adella Choi is a licensed Stott Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping others discover the benefits of Pilates. She believes that Pilates is for everyone and can be a part of anyone's life, helping them feel motivated, energetic, and healthy. Adella is also trained in rehabilitation, prenatal and postnatal Pilates, and is certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.

At About Pilates Studio, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can relax, relieve tension, and feel positive and energized. The studio offers a range of classes, including private equipment classes with premium Stott Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrel, duo mat classes with small props, prenatal and postnatal classes run by specialized instructors, and kids classes for ages 3 to 11.
