Transformations Personal Training & Nutrition provides personal training and nutrition support in Chilliwack for men and women, especially those 45 and up. The focus is on 12 week fitness and health transformations through strength training, lifestyle and nutrition coaching, and targeted programs such as Jumpstart, injury rehabilitation, fall prevention, and TrailFIT outdoor sessions. Training can be delivered in-home with equipment brought to you, or with sessions at local gyms and community fitness centres in the area.
