Aberdeen Squash & Racketball Club

Welcome to Aberdeen Squash & Racketball Club (ASRC), the premier squash club in Aberdeen, New Zealand. ASRC is dedicated to providing a top-notch facility and a welcoming community for players of all ages and skill levels.

The club boasts a range of facilities that have recently undergone upgrades and maintenance. The roof has been repaired to prevent any leaks, and the ladies' changing rooms have been upgraded with improved lighting, new flooring, and updated shower cubicles. The courts have also been given a thorough cleaning, and court 6 & 7 will be repainted, floors sanded, and re-lined in August 2024 by Courtcraft. The club continues to make improvements whenever budget and time permits.

ASRC also values the safety of its members and visitors. CCTV and door entry systems have been reinstalled for added security, and a designated smoking area has been set up in the car park to comply with legislation. Additionally, the club has resurfaced the worst parts of the car park and maintains a neat and tidy environment thanks to the efforts of the bar team and dedicated staff.

Membership at ASRC has remained steady, with a variety of options available to suit individual preferences. The club offers Ordinary memberships, Pay Per Play options, as well as specific memberships for juniors, women, and students. ASRC also expresses gratitude to its court sponsors, including TRAC Energy, SKN Electrical Ltd, A. W.

AutoTech/Garioch Blinds & Furnishing Ltd, and continues to seek additional court sponsors to enhance the playing experience for members.

Committed to promoting the sport of squash, ASRC has organised various events throughout the season. These events have received tremendous support from ASRC, Grampian Squash, and Scottish Squash. Some upcoming events include the annual Christmas Doubles fun tournament, the Scottish National League matches, and the Junior National Championships, which ASRC is proud to host. Additionally, the highly anticipated ASRC Club Championships will take place in January and February.

The club also extends its appreciation to the Shell Pecten Club for renewing their Corporate Membership, which allows up to 35 members to enjoy the club's facilities.
