A B C Ballroom

Offers examinations through the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association). Students have the opportunity to work towards examinations ranging from Bronze to International Supreme Award. The examinations cover various styles including Ballroom, Latin American, Freestyle, and Rock'n'Roll. The qualified teachers at ABC Ballroom have extensive experience in preparing students for these examinations and can provide professional training.

Adult Classes at ABC Ballroom cater to dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced. The classes are available for individuals aged 16 and above. The range of classes includes Ballroom dance styles such as Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha Cha, Rock'n'Roll, Freestyle, Sequence, and Argentine Tango. Private 1 to 1 lessons are available during the day, and classes are held in the evenings.

However, some private tuition is also available during the evening. The Ballroom has three fully qualified IDTA teachers who provide expert instruction in a friendly and supportive environment.

Classes and lessons are paid for as they occur, and there is no requirement to block book. It is owned by the Secular Society of Leicester and is situated on the first floor of the building. Access to the Ballroom can be gained through the main door. Leicester train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and a bus stop is conveniently located right outside the Ballroom.
