Om Shanti Well Beings is excited to invite interested players to Remembering, a 3-night retreat happening from the 5th to 9th of September 2024 at Woody Grove Retreat in Mapleton. Upon arrival, participants will feel a sense of giving to themselves and being part of a supportive community. Optional practices and immersions will be available to help attendees connect with their essence and rediscover their true selves. Luxury single or twin-shared rooms with ensuite bathrooms will be provided, along with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The retreat includes all meals, snacks, drinks (yes, even wine!), and activities, but attendees are also encouraged to simply relax and take time for themselves. The main goal of the weekend is to help participants remember how to live from their heart space. Located in the peaceful middle of Mapleton, the retreat offers luxury and tranquility. Upon arrival, participants will receive slippers, toiletries, and a gown. Facilitators for the weekend include Katriena, who will provide yoga, meditation, a tea ceremony, and a fire ceremony. Willow from Mud Women and Wine will lead a goddess-making workshop using clay from nature. Ally from One Earth Healing will offer each attendee a 30-minute facial or foot reflexology session combining reflexology and reiki to help everyone feel grounded and centred. Attendees will have the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make new connections during the retreat, with laughter and connection as key elements of the experience.
