Zumba is an exercise program that incorporates dance and music into a rigorous exercise routine. Zumba was created by Columbian dancer Alberto Beto Perez in the 1990s. The dance moves come from a combination of many different dance styles such as Mambo, Flamenco, Chacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Tango and more. Zumba is one of the most versatile fitness classes that can be adapted to any level of fitness.
