At Yoga with Dana, we offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and stages of life. Our prenatal yoga programme is designed to support pregnant women in maintaining a healthy body and preparing for childbirth. It includes safe and nurturing exercises that enhance postural awareness, breathing techniques, and strengthening exercises for the back and legs. We believe in the power of staying calm, trusting oneself, and embracing the possibilities during this transformative time.
We also provide Mums and Bubs yoga, where both mother and baby can enjoy a gentle and bonding experience. Additionally, we offer Kids Yoga classes, which provide a positive and non-competitive environment for children to enhance their confidence, self-esteem, concentration, and balance. These classes encourage creativity and fun while promoting self-reflection and social interaction.
For Kids Yoga, we tailor the classes according to age groups to ensure the best learning outcomes. We offer classes for kids aged 5–8 years, teens aged 9–12 years, and teenagers aged 13–18 years. Each class, which lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour, costs $14 per child. We can also arrange classes at before and after school care facilities in the St George area and Sutherland shire, Sydney.
In addition to regular classes, we also provide specialised services. Kids Yoga Therapy is available for children aged 5 and above, targeting specific issues such as asthma, stress and anxiety, lower back problems, digestion, ADD, depression, and focus and attention concerns. Private lessons are conducted for 45 minutes at a cost of $60.
To further facilitate your yoga journey, we have an online shop where you can explore and purchase yoga products. We also organise workshops to deepen your understanding and practise of yoga.
