Yogahari Healing

Yogahari Healing is a sports club located in Melbourne, Australia, founded by Eleni, a psychotherapist/social worker, yoga teacher, and Tantrik dharma practitioner. Eleni's purposeful desire to combine her personal discoveries about self-healing and spiritual life with her career path led to the birth of Yogahari Healing.

At Yogahari Healing, the intention is to meet individuals where they are at and provide a safe, supportive, and sacred space to explore emotions, traumas, deepest limiting patterns, healing, and spirituality. Whether someone is seeking emotional healing, building stronger understandings of themselves or their partners, or interested in developing a yoga or spiritual practise, Yogahari Healing aims to empower and guide towards a purposeful life.

In terms of counselling, the approach to therapy work varies according to each individual's needs and openness. Eleni draws on a combination of purely western approaches, including Emotional Focused Therapy, Radical Exposure Tapping®, psycho-dynamic practise, trauma-informed practise, and somatic approaches, in order to heal wounded selves and the wounds carried towards others and the world.

Additionally, Yogahari Healing offers a 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme, which lays the foundations for approaching the practise of yoga, both as a teacher and as a lifelong student. This programme is not focused on promoting a specific style, method, or brand of yoga, but rather a culmination of Eleni's 25 years of devoted personal practise and teaching. The training spans one year and places a significant emphasis on developing an independent personal practise and psycho-spiritual development.

For those interested in other yoga workshops, private spiritual mentoring, yoga for healing trauma, or yoga tailored for NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants, Yogahari Healing provides these services as well. The club also offers individual therapy, couple's therapy, and family constellations.

Eleni's extensive background in social work, counselling, leadership, and project management in various fields such as mental and physical health promotion, women's health, and the sexual assault/family violence field adds depth and expertise to Yogahari Healing.
