I provide a trauma sensitive yoga practise to people who may experience anxiety, depression or any anxiety related disorder i. e. PTSD. This practise is very gentle and grounding.
Creating an opportunity to reconnect within the body.
I also teach in very locations around Brisbane offering a flowing Hatha style class with a continuous focus on your breath and supporting your body. Listening to your body and adjusting poses to suit you is part of the support you will be provided. An emphasis on moving a little slower to increase strength and improve your alignment is part of my teaching. Come enjoy, smile and get to know your body.
