The Intensive runs over four days and is designed to focus students' awareness on various aspects of asana, pranayama, and restorative poses. It aims to provide clarity and insight into one's practise, allowing participants to start the new year with energy and positivity. The Intensive is open to all students with a solid foundation in basic standing poses, shoulder stand, and halasana.
