Yoga Om

Yoga Om is a sports club located in Perth, offering an authentic yoga experience for all individuals. The studio is calm, warm, and welcoming, providing a space for people to connect, breathe, stretch, build strength, and find moments of respite.

Owners Puja and Moksha bring over 20 years of teaching experience and a wealth of knowledge on the traditional 8 Limbs of Yoga. They are proud to share their Indian heritage and expertise with the Perth community. Their team of dedicated and highly experienced teachers lead classes in various styles including Mysore, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Ayurvedic retreats.

Yoga Om is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. It offers a tranquil and supportive environment for individuals to develop their practise and tap into their breath. The studio provides a unique and blissful space for the body, spirit, and mind to thrive.

Yoga Om acknowledges and respects the Whadjuk Nyoongar land on which it is located. The studio recognises and honours the Traditional Owners of their ancestral lands, waters, and skies.
