Led by experienced instructors, Shambo, Uma, and Anna, our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your yoga goals. Shambo has over 40 years of yogic experience and a background in psychology and neuroscience. Uma, his wife, brings over 20 years of Yogini experience and a passion for sharing yoga and meditation. Anna, a third-generation professional teacher, has 16 years of experience in yoga and energy healing.
