Yarrambat Pony Club is part of the Northern Metropolitan Zone and is an incorporated entity. While it is not affiliated with Equestrian Federation of Australia (EFA), it operates under Nillumbik Local Council and leases its grounds.

The club's jumper colour is blue, and it does not have a sash colour. The usual rally day is the first Sunday of each month, excluding January. Yarrambat Pony Club organises 11 rallies per year, offering frequent opportunities for its members to engage in equestrian activities.
