
Woy Woy Judo Club is the Central Coast's longest-running family-operated Judo Club, established in 1982. It is also recognised as the best national regional club of 2017 and the best Australian 3 Star Judo Club of 2019. The Tiny Cowuchi Judo class is designed for children aged 3 to 4 years, focusing on motor and cognitive skill development through Judo fundamentals. The Mini Cow Uchi Judo class is suitable for children aged 5 to 6 years, enhancing cognitive development, motor skills, and self-confidence. The Kids Judo class, for children aged 7 to 12 years, further develops motor skills, self-confidence, and social skills.
