Woy Woy Judo Club

Woy Woy Judo Club is the Central Coast's longest-running family-operated Judo Club, established in 1982. It is also recognised as the best national regional club of 2017 and the best Australian 3 Star Judo Club of 2019. The club offers a range of classes suitable for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

The club's mission is to provide a safe and friendly environment where individuals can learn and practise the art of Judo. In addition to regular Judo classes, Woy Woy Judo Club also offers specific programmes catered to different age groups. The Tiny Cowuchi Judo class is designed for children aged 3 to 4 years, focusing on motor and cognitive skill development through Judo fundamentals. The Mini Cow Uchi Judo class is suitable for children aged 5 to 6 years, enhancing cognitive development, motor skills, and self-confidence. The Kids Judo class, for children aged 7 to 12 years, further develops motor skills, self-confidence, and social skills.

For individuals aged 13 and above, the club offers Teens & Adult Judo classes. These classes cater to both beginners and experienced participants, providing an opportunity to learn and improve Judo techniques while increasing fitness levels.

Woy Woy Judo Club has recently launched women's self-defence classes for ages 13 and above. These classes aim to empower women, enhance confidence, and develop strength in a friendly environment.

The club also offers additional training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No Gi Submission Wrestling, and fitness classes. These programmes provide a diverse range of options for individuals interested in martial arts and fitness activities.
