
WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a strength and conditoning programme suited for everyone, whether you're an athlete of another sport, busy mother or father, weekend warrior, full time worker, exercise enthusist, student or someone looking to kick start their health and fitness journey. CrossFit is designed for all levels of fitness. You will improve your ten physical skills: cardio vascular endurance, staminia, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Your typical Wiser One class consists of a warmup session with all members. From there your coach will brief you with the workouts of the day. There are three levels of workouts to ensure everyone can taste challenge and success. Most people will be challenged with GPP (general physical preparedness) workouts.
If members are seeking something different, a greater challenge, or are wanting to take their CrossFit career to new heights, there are two other levels: intermediate and competitors.
Honestly, you can expect to be challenged. You're reward is your's to earn, you will compete against yourself, and the Wiser One members will cheer you on every step, lift, pull up, push up and squat. You will find success and your obsession with this worldwide fitness phenomenom will come to fore.
CrossFit is not your typical legs day, back day, chest and arms day. We focus on constantly varied movements at high intensity, when you walk into the box, you can expect to see something different everyday. So, drop in and see what the fuss is about.
