While many Wing Chun schools preoccupy themselves with forms and traditional rituals, our training focuses on practical application and realistic self-defence. All of our 60 and 90-minute classes feature our popular 'Wing Chun Workout'(TM), which we've designed to supercharge your fitness, strength and conditioning while practising the core movements of our Wing Chun system.
