Recent successes have proven VFC to be a force to be reckoned with. In 2018, both the Seniors and Reserves teams clinched the topship title in a sensational display against South Croydon. The VFC Women's team has also been exceptional in their first year of open-age competition. Led by Coach Meredith Denvir, the team has had a sensational season and made it to the Grand Final. With their incredible determination and skill, they have a strong chance of emerging as leadingship winners.
VFC also boasts a successful netball team, which has competed at Division 2 level. After an impressive performance during the grading games, the team finished the Home and Away season on top, with only one loss. Their shooters Kellie Phillips and Kara Morrison have been instrumental in their victories, demonstrating their expertise on the court.
