Ulladulla Gymnastics Club is a not-for-profit, committee-run organisation that has been successfully operating for over 30 years. The club is incredibly grateful to its dedicated coaches who volunteer their time and knowledge to help nurture the talents of its members.
Originally, Ulladulla Gymnastics Club operated out of local school halls and the Milton basketball stadium. Each class required the set-up and pack-away of equipment. Nonetheless, the dream of having a dedicated gymnastics facility persisted. In 2021, through hard work and determination, the club was fortunate enough to move into its new space at the Dunn Lewis Centre.
This newly established facility boasts a sprung floor, foam pit, built-in trampoline, new equipment, and fresh ideas.
At Ulladulla Gymnastics Club, they offer a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels. For children aged 1–4 years, their Kindergym classes are designed to promote physical literacy and early childhood development. These classes provide a safe and playful environment for children to develop gross and fine motor skills, music and rhythm appreciation, problem-solving abilities, and confidence. With guided exploration, young participants have the opportunity to learn at their own pace while enjoying various activities.
Parents are encouraged to participate and assist their little gymnasts during these sessions.
For children aged 4 and above, the club offers Recreational Gymnastics classes. These sessions focus on developing structure, skills, coordination, and listening abilities. Participants undergo a warm-up together as a group before breaking into smaller groups to rotate among different apparatus such as bars, beam, floor, vault, mini tramp, and big trampoline. It is a coed programme open to both boys and girls.

Additionally, Ulladulla Gymnastics Club offers Trampolining classes on Wednesday evenings. These classes provide an opportunity for members to learn and practise various trampoline skills under the guidance of experienced coaches.
