I am a Personal Trainer and have been involved in the fitness industry for over 5 years. My passion lies in helping individuals find confidence in themselves, both mentally and physically.
I believe that embracing a positive mindset and celebrating every small achievement is the key to long-term success. My goal is to empower you to become the best version of yourself and create a sustainable, balanced lifestyle. When I'm not coaching, you can find me practising yoga, enjoying a good book, or experimenting with new healthy recipes.
G'day, I'm Jewls, and I'm proud to be part of the Rogue FITTness team. As a coach, I have over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in weightlifting and strength training. I have a passion for helping individuals build strength, increase their physical abilities, and improve their overall quality of life. I believe that training should be enjoyable and challenging, and I strive to create a positive and supportive environment for everyone.
When I'm not coaching, you can find me trying out new recipes in the kitchen or exploring the beautiful beaches of Ulladulla.

With over 4 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. My approach is focused on creating personalised programmes that are challenging yet achievable, and guiding you every step of the way.

I believe that exercise is not only about physical health, but also about mental well-being.
My goal is to help you build strength, restore balance, and find joy in movement. Outside of coaching, you can find me practising yoga, going for hikes, or spending time at the beach.
