The Transcendental Meditation® (TM) technique is a simple, effortless technique for improving all areas of life. TM is practised for 15 to 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed.
During the practise of Transcendental Meditation, the mind settles down to a state of “pure consciousness,” where it is silent, yet fully alert. As the mind settles, the body simultaneously gains very deep rest and relaxation.
