The Yoga Shack provides a range of yoga asana classes suitable for all types of people. We also offer regular workshops such as Rest, Relax, Renew, Yoga with Live Music, Meditation courses, Self Esteem seminar and much more. These are all aimed to help participants remember and experience the peace that resides within each one of us.
