Monica's yoga journey began over 15 years ago as a way to manage stress and find balance in her busy life as a mental health specialist. She quickly fell in love with the practise and decided to deepen her knowledge by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme. Monica's classes focus on the mind-body connexion, emphasising mindfulness and self-compassion. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool for healing and transformation and strives to create a safe and nurturing environment for her students to explore their practise.
Lisa's yoga journey began after experiencing chronic pain and seeking alternative methods for healing. She found relief and empowerment through the practise of yoga and decided to become a certified teacher. Lisa's classes integrate her background in physiotherapy, blending traditional yoga poses with therapeutic movements to promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. She emphasises proper alignment and offers modifications and variations to ensure that students of all levels can participate and experience the benefits of yoga.
Amy's love for yoga started as a way to complement her career as a bodyworker and massage therapist. She became fascinated by the mind-body connexion and its potential for healing and transformation. Amy completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme and incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and movement into her classes. She creates a supportive and nurturing environment, allowing students to explore their practise and cultivate self-awareness.
Amy's classes focus on alignment, breath control, and mindfulness, helping students to connect with their bodies and find inner peace.
