Keen to pass on the amazing tool of Yoga, Aurora finished the 2 year accredited Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teaching in 2011. With more than 12 years personal yoga experience she brings yoga teachings to life in a calming and practical way. Aurora finished the 2 year accredited Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies in 2005 at the Australian Shiatsu College and treats with a focus on awareness and nurturing. Pregnancy and post-natal recovery are of particular interest and women's health and pregnancy were studied in both diploma courses and in ‘Shiatsu for pregnancy and post-natal’ courses.
